I divided my weekend between doing this-n-that and moving at my own pace on Saturday, and working on Sunday. All day Sunday, I spent catching up on work that I had fallen behind on -- figuring out better ways of doing things, and just digging into what I've got going on.

I have a very busy job that tends to get the better of me. And I got tired of being behind on so many things. So, I took the day and caught up.

Now I'm ready to start the week with a cleaner slate than I had on Friday, and I have good strategies for what I need to get done today. I've narrowed the list of MUST DO items to three, and I have blocked off time to work on them.

It's been a challenge for me, organizing and getting everything lined up, but I'm getting there.

The main thing is to not stress over it, and take plenty of time to think things through and plan them out.

Otherwise, they can get out of control really quickly.

Been there, done that.

Not much fun.

But the day is waiting -- onward!

it is always good to have a plan, it reduces stress and anxiety as well as creates other possibilities, and rejoice in the good days and remember the good ones as we go through bad days thanks for sharing

we must appreciate the good days and remember what they feel like and how we stay in the good day space

I  like having good days, and remembering those good days help us make it through the bad days which do come and all we have to remember is that this will pass
