Become a voice

As we continue on our way to becoming more familiar with our new self are we also getting familiar with the limitations we are faced with. I understand that since I have balance problems I can’t play basketball the way I

did before… I can shoot the ball into the hoop as well as before, but I sure

can’t run and jump like I used too. That is one of my limitations, but it

Helping ourselves helps others as well

Hello there. It seems like I’m always wondering “what will be, what will be”. Not really as a question, but as a thought. Even after 6 ½ years of being a survivor it surprises me to have to grin & bear what I

hear people say. I understand that most people, and especially people who don’t

know other survivors, have no idea concerning what it takes for us to recover.

washington state cares less about its traumatic brain Injured including our Traumatic Brain Injured Veterans

brain Injured vets with traumatic BRAIN INJURED VETERANS get nothing from washington state for all their duty that put their life on the line are not recognised in Washington State but put their lives on the line for this country

it is to late to get funding for Traumatic Brain Injury THIS YEAR SO I WILL NO LONGER TRY to write about the subject of geting funding this year from washington that is what people with BRAIN Injury AND VETRANS GET nothing in this state for help from Washington state traumatic BRAIN INJURY WE GET NOTHING THE STATE OF WASHINGTON VETS AND CIVILIONS WITH TBI were not very inportantn for all the blood shed of our veterans

Wondering out loud

All cases are different in what is wrong and how it is best dealt with. But i wonder if anyone has a thought on making themselves better internally. Is it possible after brain injury to evolve and just step back into life. Is it just mind over matter to accomplish such things. My case is bad in that i have no memory of recovery process or how i came to this stage but im here. Memory issues and social anxiety are the real issues. See More
