Busy Months coming ahead for TBI Raiders...tracking my muscle spasms to start...

And this would help me to remember to exercise. I told two professors at school that I was going on my second week of having no muscle spasms. When I told professor Gibbs (anyone thinking of NCIS right now?) about this, he suggested me keeping a journal of it and writing down what I was doing to control the spasms and what onsets I had that enabled to me to realize I was going to have muscle spasms. What can I expect here?

What can I expect here on this Survivor Network for my support group? What kinds of support can I get from here? Can I helps others as they will help me? This is a fantastic web site that brings together like-minded individuals that have a certain goal in mind; that goal is to get better. God's plan ( or whatever faith or religion base you believe in, even a higher power) is there, when one door closes, many other doors open around you and you have to see them to go though. I saw these doors… Continue

Ning is not friendly to TBI Survivors

Since September '09 i have been trying to get on my page here, seemed i was LOCKED out. Ning would not respond to me, and i could not respond to those contacting me . EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING ! Thsi occured at the same time i expressed my capacity for my own thinking to a "group leader". This group leader has used my photos and harrassed me in so many ways since then. there shoud be positive INTEGRITY in "group leaders". I should not become another VICTIM within this forum or any TBI "support "… Continue

I still love to ride!

Even though I got my brain injury from riding a motorcycle; I still love to ride. I am alive because of excellent safety equipment, a good friend and a little help from modern technology. There was probably a little luck involved also...
