"it sux it really does, ive recently realized im more of a tbi after affect of diagnosis then i am of a me- everythg that seems to b me is it- self hatred becomes pretty strong- i live w it by trying to forget about it n bin denial"

i found this site last night- had to wait for the acceptance thing- had so much to write about last night but cant think of anything now- ill just wait for tonight when the insomnia sets in, the thoughts start racing, n i feel like im going stark raving mad

"dont do it- the one thing my doctor told me over n over n over is to never smoke- i started smoking cigs n pot for a few yrs n my health completely went down the tubes- tbi patients arent supposed to smoke bc the damage that was caused makes it hard…"
