I need some help

I am 3 years post tbi. I have short term memory loss (but I have found compensation techniques to deal with that), but I returned to my job and normal life. I have a 9 year old daughter that I take care of by myself. I have recently gotten married and divorced. Here's the thing, I'm pregnant. I'm a little terrified that I won't be able to take care of a newborn, they are so fragile! What if I try to pick her up in the middle of the night and drop her? OMG I am terrified! Help me!!!
