What do you find most difficult living with a brain injury
I was assaulted 10 years ago and I still today have the symptoms I had 10 years ago. My doctors did not figure out that I had tbi until 5 years after the fact, because my symptoms did not show up for months after my assault. They just thought I had vertigo that I may have got from a virus. It took me going to balance therapy and then vision therapy to figure out that it was tbi. Now the last 11 months I have been dealing with a constant headache. At times it gets so bad I have to go get a shot, but the normal pain is around a 8 out of 10 on the pain level scale. Totaly changed my life.
