- Just checking on you, Terry! When my past haunts me (almost everyday I'm filled with memories of past abuse I participated in) , all I can do is pray. Prayer does not take away memories, but it does help you become new. Yes,
it's hard to get rid of the past! But focusing on it makes it even harder to forget

I do understand what you're saying, been there also, but Terry - you get to make a decision everyday on your attitude for the day. Yesterday will haunt you as long as you hold on to it. But, yesterday will never be again, so why waste your energy? Let go, let God! Stephanie
