Anyone with a brain injury having a tough time trying to get to sdleep or stay asleep at night? Your not the only one with such a problem because there are many reasons for having trouble with your sleep. You might not be burning off the right amount of energy in your body so your body is simply not tired enough to get to sleep. You have an awesome attitude and I agree with you on motivation and determination. It is good you are able to help them. Do you do cognitive training as I do the brain train from my speech therapist. Is an excellent tool to help retire brain. You are so young. Use that to your benefit to get the best you can. My first was at 44 where I thought I was that age till 49 when I finally remembered. Then was. Set back again but I know will be my rest of life. I understand your dilemma as my brain was found w atrophy at 49 that of 70 year old. I am 51 now finally without cane but thankful fot the gains I have made. I love your attitude! Keep working on positives as you are a fighter!
