Is an excellent tool to help retire brain. You are so young. Use that to your benefit to get the best you can. My first was at 44 where I thought I was that age till 49 when I finally remembered. Then was. Set back again but I know will be my rest of life. I understand your dilemma as my brain was found w atrophy at 49 that of 70 year old. I am 51 now finally without cane but thankful fot the gains I have made. I love your attitude! Keep working on positives as you are a fighter!
