Just wishing you the best today. I have had a rough week. My phone service messed up my cell phone which in turn wiped out all of my alarm settings and ringtones. I had to get someone to help me straighten things out- It was horrible that I no longer had any of my normal reminders to do things. Some days Im ok with knowing what I need to do, other days it's pretty bad. Everything is worked out. More MD appointments coming up :( hope you are well-

Im glad you are OK- Im sorry New Zealand got slammed. Prayers and I hope rescue efforts go smoothly- usually- before all this, I would get called for things like that ie- Philippines , Haiti- Dont know what to even tell them if they call to mandate me..
