Good Day,

How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:(elisadutton.3@gmail.com) for the full details.

Have a nice day

Thanks God bless.

Elisa Dutton.

Hi Raegen,

I can help you with a picture for sure. Notice up on the right side of the screen where it says your name. You will see just below that a little box that says things like "Sign Out, Inbox, Alerts, Friends and Settings" Click on settings and in there you will find a place for you to upload pictures, or even use a picture you found online by sharing the link.

I am sorry you are not finding many friends here. I found this website by listening to the radio show that Craig (the guy behind this site) put together. It is an online radio show where people can call in and he get's guests from Dr's, to survivors, to authors on the site.

I have found that I will ask questions on the "My Page" part (upper left hand of the screen where it says "Main, My Page, Invite, etc" I also started responding to discussion in the forum.

One suggestion I would make would be to make a forum stating "I am new here and would like to talk about some things" What I really like about this website vs others is that people talk about what is really going on. There is not as much "I have a brain injury and life sucks now" it is more "I have a brain injury and this how I moved forward" some sights are also very religious. I am not. If you need some more help or if, and only with your permission, I can introduce you to some of the discussion.

Is there something specific you are looking for. What I mean is are you looking for advice? To share you story, or just ask "is this normal" or "what do you do when"

Let me know if you need help with anything and I will do my best for you. also remember everyone here has a brain injury ;') I often forget that when I am talking to people and will have to say "oh yeah there like me, they have a brain injury"

Also I am currently running a marathon each day (almost done December 9th will be my last run) and I have been since april 1st. SOmetimes I don't have internet, or the time after running all day. However I will do my very best to help you out.

Just remember you are not alone, there are people that understand, and we are all friends here. Ok!!

Hi Raegan,

Thanks for contacting me. This is a great site with lots' of fantastic people. The world of brain injury can be very lonely and scary. I have found excercise helps me and when I feel like withdrawing and shutting down from the world, I force myself to go out for a walk or a run.
