Get yourself a Neti Pot. Which you wash warm water fine medical sea salt.will wash away dust, pollen, and irritants excess mucus naturally. The best thing there is for nostril passages.

I am not a great correspondent, but thank you for inviting me to be your friend. I should say that I don't drink alcohol at all and have not done for over 20 years. It was the source of my own brain problems and much else, however I joined this network as a carer, because unfortunately my partner was horribly injured in a vehicular collision with his bicycle.

Hi- Paula.....Got your note. Too bad that you are so far away....i'd love to hang out with you. I am 43 now and my injury was severe too. At least I can be your friend on this site. Believe it or not, I have my bachelors in nursing as well. My neuropschiatrist told me to stop working.
