What do you find most difficult living with a brain injury
My life stopped on 05/30/2008 and this new one began. I am not who I was before and still tring to figure out who I am now. I had a car accident. I was driving southbound and ended up hitting the guide rail going airborne fipping 2 1/2 times landing far on the otherside of the four lane highway on the edge of the ditch in the northbound lane. My seat belt detatched on impact. I have TBI,PTSD and Bi-Polar from the accident and of course physical pain mostly in my back. On Dec 30, 2011 I was ass-ended and suffered another minor head injury and had set backs but am striving towards improving what I can. I am very blessed to be here and I am very grateful to be alive although the struggles do get to be very overwhelming as I am sure you all can relate. I am thankful for this site to help put people in contact with eachother to help one another. Hit me up I would like to share stories, struggles, celebrate in our accomplishments and progress.

It's difficult to find support groups that really get to discuss issues, concerns, struggles, advice and achievements
