"See for my mission and autobiography, "Finding Purpose In Being a Brain Injury Survivor". I'm always looking for speaking opportunities and events to give free bicycle helmets away at.  Mike Heikes"

The two books I have written about all the trials and tribulations I've had to deal with as a result of having an injured brain. It is much easier for me to write than to speak clearly so...Here are the links to my web page for each book:

Click here for My first book: "TBI Hell - A Traumatic Brain Injury Really Sucks"

Click here for my second book: "TBI Purgatory - Comes After Being In TBI Hell"

"TBI Purgatory" is also available for the Kindle and both books are available as eBooks and can be purchased and downloaded in the Google eBookstore. That's not all. Both books are also available from, or as, or in (I don't know the correct way to say it) iTunes.

Click here for "TBI Purgatory" for the Kindle

Google Play (formerly Google books):

Good Day,

How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:( for the full details.

Have a nice day

Thanks God bless.

Elisa Dutton.

If anyone reads either, or preferably both, of my books, please, please, PLEASE write a review on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, iTunes, Google Play, or wherever you got the book, or books. Glowing reviews are preferred, but any review is better than nothing...I think. Be totally honest, but remember I do have an injured brain and I am not a writer.

Geo, just sent you a friend request.  I was reading some of your comments.  Do you think it is possible for anyone that has NOT sustained a severe TBI to comment on it?  Being that I will never have a child of my own, would I be able to ever tell a woman what it feels like to give birth...I'm thinking the answer would be NO.  How can anyone other than another individual that has sustained a TBI talk about it?  I was just curious about your thoughts on that.

Hi Geo

I was also in a bike accident , was hit head on in 1990 coming down a steep hill in NY doing about 40 too ! Life is different while I still work full time ,I still suffer from depression  and was lately diagnosed with impulsive control disorder.  I just can not stop my  inappropriate obscenities while my neighbor a "bully" tries to provoke me and I get arrested. But since I've been under new medicine I can control my anger and I win!!!!
