what is most important that you learn about brain injury
You best know your changes within your body. If for any reason you sense your not being listened too or understood,by doctors or others. Find others with brain injury and ask them who and where best served them along their path. Get a pocket day timer to help remember important things and apointments.If you are having trouble, don't be afraid to say I have a brain injury and please be patient with me. People sometimes will be more understanding and helpful for the most part when asked to be understanding.
