As someone who lives in a rural area, an online source of support has been a BLESSING TO ME.
I have learned to regain some independence from my injuries, and become a member of this community as well as others. This has been a stepping stone, a guide and a treasure.

Barb I love your comment to Nick it summed up everything beautifully. It is hard to understand how long and u r so right good days are great but bad days r horrible and unfortunately I dwell on bad days part of my OCD and anxiety.....u sound like u found a niche that's what I strive for keep in touch
