This will be the fourth year I've attended the TBI Awareness Day on Capitol Hill. I strongly encourage all survivors who are able to please attend and speak with your representatives. This year, brain injury awareness day on Capitol Hill will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. As in years past, there will be an awareness fair, briefing and reception. The Bob Woodruff Foundation is hosting it's 6th Annual "Stand Up For Heroes" benefit event in New York City on Thursday, November 8th at the Beacon Theater (2124 Broadway Ave in NYC). Past talent included Bruce Springsteen, Jon Stewart & Jerry Seinfeld. Tickets are on sale now & support a worthy cause of taking care of our veterans with TBI.
