We Meet at the St Lukes Rehabilitation room 200 at 6:30 PM

4th Wednesday of each month

Spokane County Family and Caregiver support Group will meet if interested ad yourself to this group for details

The purpose of a support group is to learn more about brain injury and available services by meeting with others who are facing or have faced similar challenges. The essential elements of a support group are:

Gather information
Share common needs and strengths
Provide a place to meet new friends and find new connections in the community
Provide a safe place to find courage and take risks
Provide an opportunity to socialize
Provide an environment where positive and negative views can be expressed without being judged

have a caregiver group once a month too on the forth wed at 630 at st lukes

I am my husband's caregiver who has a TBI. His accident happened 6/8/10. Is this the group I need to be connected to or is there a special one for caregivers?

hi Craig your group made us feel very welcome, I wish spokane wasn't so far but i guess its not bad considering were from 2 different countries, any way thanks for the info for starting a group up here you are awesome
