As distressing as it may be, there are numerous ways to adjust your daily patterns. Calendars, Computers, Watches/Clocks and Mobile Phones are just some of the frequently used solutions. They won't completely solve this 'unexpected' side-effect, yet they are assistance that we can all go on with.
As Founder of this Circle Group, within the TBI Support Network - it's great to view that Survivors, Family/Friends & Carers are discussing overlapping items. Although we may drift apart from some Family/Friends, it is through discussions/networking with others that stronger understanding can be found.
