Hi Sherry lessens i am glad to talk with you i really do not visit this site to often but i to have a Traumatic Brain injury are you going to try to be at our 4th annual conference this  year it is a real nice way to meet others that are in the same boat do you have a support group that you attend where do you live i live in Tacoma Wa please respond

This is the first time this site has popped up on my email, and I'm thrilled!  I've been getting invites to the radio broadcasts, but I'm in a different time zone and can't get this when it's convenient. I've been a survivor for over thirty years and never had the chance to talk to anyone, since I was supposed to be dead! I just hope that somehow I'll keep hearing from you!

Mistaken-assumptions (mis-asumptions)can effect anyone. Brain Injuries & other 'Invisible Injuries' just seem to make them worse. For example, I had been trying to encourage someone else (for comments similar to CG chats) & they got the wrong idea, taking it anxiously. I was only meaning to explain we had similar reactions.

However, my wife & family inform me after I've 'had another episode' that I over-reacted at a non-threatening comment. Usually, I change my idea of it & thanks to my memory, often forget it.

Always remember - "it takes 2 to tango", so before you respond, THINK ABOUT IT 1st or Speak with another before reacting.

Thanks for any & all of our Members involvement! As Circle Group (CG) are planning to enter into Safer Driving with Young Drivers (Learners & Provisional) in my home State of Queensland (Qld, Aus) - I may have an answer for you. I've been getting involved in more Groupings with other physical Support Groups & Government (Police, Ambulance & Fire). In 2012 CG are planning to Network with Brisbane city Secondary Schools, Fire Dept, Synapse (Brain Injury) & graduating Students. Please discuss these situations with your local Brain Injury Association!

Thanks also for any of your suggestions for our other Networks (Mark, Joe, Patrick, Michelle, Madison & others). CG are now on Facebook, Google Plus, Linked In & Change.org - please Join in & Share these around. We gain much from sharing time with others & so can you.
