thank you for finding us!
A part of what BIRRDsong aims to do, I would say, is to recognize we all have special talents and to help others find what those are so they can be both seen and used! We also appreciate any additional support, offerings, or stories so if you feel inclined to contribute please do.
We are a support group that meets in NW Portland the first Saturday of every month (This Saturday!) at Good Samiritan Hospital from 9:30-11:00 am and you are certainly welcome to join us!
Otherwise please feel free to chat with any of us here and if you have any questions or support you could use don't be afraid to ask.
Thank you again for finding and contacting us!

Comment by Brian James Liebenstein on February 25, 2012 at 10:17pm Thank the Lord Cheryl-
Tell Andy the rest of us appreciate his giving permission to have a prettier face than some of the others posted here so others can find out more. While I sense some of the frustrations of going through TBI via my experiences, the difficulties I have encountered seem so minor in comparisons I pray for understanding.
Lets try to get BISC to consider co-sponsoring something like a walk around the park where we could meet at Waterfront Park or somewhere convenient for the most people.
