Hi everyone,

I have PCS from a violent assault while working the night shift alone.  I also have PTSD and Panic disorder as well as possible inner ear trauma (ear specialist in september)

I have whip lash and have been in massage therapy for 6 weeks and it isn't working.

Last week I noticed with stiff and painful neck my shoulder has spasms and jeerks along with this I have pain from neck to elbow, tingling in arms, hands are numb and cold.

Today I jusst tapped my right arm on a door knob and I'm in agony! It's so painful and tingly and numb and cold.  I don't know if it's a pinched nerve or what but I'm in so much pain and my doctors office is closed until tomorrow.

What should I do?  Has anyone experienced this before and what the heck is it?

Some tell me Pinched nerve while others say Fibromayalgia?

Thanks,

Kelly

Tucker Family Reunion

This Tucker Family Reunion was in May 2013, and was the first time I've reunited with most of this side of my family since the wedding in 2007.

Emotional Impact of Returning To My Maiden Name

I was Angela Betancourt for less than a year before my husband was killed in the car accident where I sustained the TBI.  I was a widow with his name for much longer than we were married, for the past five years.  On the last day of the Tucker family reunion, I announced that I'm legally returning to my maiden name.  Angela Leigh Tucker, who was born in Alabama.  Friends and family ask how it feels.  Truthfully, I feel freed from the daily reminder of what I lost.  Of who I lost.  I embrace my…See More

"When I logged onto Lumosity in 2009, my BPI (Brain Performance Index) was 421.  I had no idea how bad that score was.  Last week, my BPI was 1,400!  I train consistently four or five mornings a week.  I often use my scores as a…"
