My parent has a brain injury, a guide for young people

This book is new and a great resource for families. It is written in a really clear and colourful way. It gives young people facts about the brain and helps them understand why their lives have changed and their parent has changed. It also gives lots of ideas about how they can help themselves physically and mentally. It finishes with a great section the young person can write about their own story as a way of explaining to others what they need help with. You can get it from Headway UK or amazon.
